Payment

All prices are shown in UK pounds sterling, and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate.
Payment can be made through Paypal (no paypal account required).
We can also accept payment by Bank Transfer, please contact us if you wish to use this method.

Dispatch and Backorder restock times

In Stock items will be sent out usually within 1-3 working days. Some courier items may take longer to package and a few extra days to ship.
Backorder items we aim to restock within 7-10 working days.
Custom orders we aim to print within 7-10 working days.
If there will be a long delay in shipping your items we will notify you by email.
If your order contains a mix of in stock items and backorder items we will ship when all pieces are ready to dispatch.
We have a print list on the FAQ page so you can see exactly what’s in the print queue.

Returns

If for any reason your order does not fulfill your expectations, you may return it to us within 7 working days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, and in the original shipping packaging. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if this is not the case.

We cannot be responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return.
